Victron SmartSolar Charge Controller MPPT 100v/20amp This 100volt 20amp SmartSolar Controller gathers energy from your panels to store in your battery bank. Using the latest MPPT technology The energy is optimised and intelligently monitored to achieve full charge in the shortest period, whilst maintaining battery life and health. The SmartSolar charge controller will recharge a severely depleted battery with a voltage as low as 0 Volts, provided the cells are not permanently damaged Smart Bluetooth Connectivity with Victron Connect App Ultra-fast Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) Programable Charge Profiles Load output - perfect for LED lighting Automatic Voltage Detection 100volt Maximum Open Circuit Voltage 20amp Maximum Charge Current MPPT: Ultra Fast Maximum Power Point Tracking By real time monitoring the voltage and current output of your solar (PV) panels, MPPT technology ensures that every last amp of available power is used from your panels, and diverted to your battery storage. The advantage of this is most noticeable when the sky is cloudy, and light intensity is changing. Remote Monitoring and Control Remotely control and monitor your SmartSolar MPPT charger by pairing it with your smartphone or other device via the VictronConnect App. If your installation is connected to the internet via a Cerbo GX device, the Victron Remote Management Portal (VRM) gives you access to your MPPT at anytime, anywhere in the world; both VictronConnect and VRM are free to access. For installations with no internet connection nearby - you may be able to monitor your MPPT by connecting the GlobalLink 520. Load output The intelligent Load output function prevents running batteries 'flat'. You can configure the voltage at which SmartSolar disconnects a load -thus preventing excessive drain on your battery. The intelligent SmartSolar will attempt a 100% recharge every day. If it can't - during periods of poor conditions - it raises the disconnect voltage, daily, until it achieves a full charge. We call this feature BatteryLife because it maintains the health and longevity. If you are unsure of which charge controller is best for your system contact the Butler Technik support team for professional advice.
